Gender equality index
Joining forces
The professional equality index was introduced by law no. 2018-771 of 5 september 2018 on the freedom to choose one’s professional future. It is used to calculate and identify potential pay and situation gaps between women and men within companies with at least 50 employees.
This index is scored out of 100 points and is calculated on the basis of 4 indicators.
For 2023, Elixir Aircraft has declared an overall index for 2024 that cannot be calculated, broken down by indicator as follow:
- PIndicator of the gap in average annual gross pay (full-time equivalent): 36/40
- Indicator of the gap in individual pay raises: 35/35
- Indicator of the gap in promotion rates: Not calculable (insufficient representativeness)
- Percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave: Not calculable (no return from maternity leave)
- Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest earners: 0/10
Even if the index cannot be calculated, Elixir Aircraft is commited to improving these results by guaranteeing equal opportunities and equal treatment for all employees, regardless of gender.
