The Challenge de la Mobilité is organized by ADEME and the Club de la mobilité throughout the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
PELD films: separator films and other plastic films for dry process production + packaging for raw materials and other logistics packaging.
Pallets : Logistics waste recovered from an accumulation of 15 pallets on any site.
Cardboard: supply chain packaging.
Pro furniture: Used furniture buy-back
D3E: Used computer and electronic waste
Metals: Hardware waste prod + generous means + methods
The professional equality index was introduced by Law no. 2018-771 of 5 September 2018 on the freedom to choose one’s professional future. It is used to calculate and identify potential pay and situation gaps between women and men within companies with at least 50 employees.
This index is scored out of 100 points and is calculated on the basis of 4 indicators.
For 2023, Elixir Aircraft has declared an overall index for 2024 that cannot be calculated, broken down by indicator as follows:
• Pay gap indicator: not calculable
• Individual pay rise rate gap indicator: 35/35
• Return from maternity leave indicator: 15/15
• High pay indicator: 0/10
