How engineers are identifying flutter on an aircraft (dangerous vibrations happening in flight)?

In few words, the aircraft structure is covered with sensors recording its vibrations (white cube in the video). The aircraft is shaked with actuators to measure its vibration modes (like a guitar harmonic). Once done, a quite tricky calculation allows to correlate aerodynamic behavior with vibrations modes measured previously. In this way, engineers are deducing the risks of flutter and, if required, are modifying the aircraft to remove the behavior.
